New 3 Stage Finishing System for sale. This unit is ideal for small part on part process and corn cob dryer. It is still in its original crates.

Description:

The following equipment quoted is designed to be de-grease, burnish and dry parts with corn-cob. Parts are loaded into the inner channel of either of (2) vibratory over and under machines. Parts are de-greased then the machine is allowed to drain using vacuum assisted drains for pre-set amounts of time. The parts are then burnished and allowed to drain using the vacuum assisted drains, again for a pre-set amount of time. The solutions for both processes are run and collected separately and recirculated to their respective recirculation tank. Parts are dried for a pre-set amount of time and automatically discharged onto a vibratory separator conveyor. Parts and corn-cob are separated and corn-cob is returned to the corn-cob dryer channel by customers. All system processes and functions shall be automatic (with exception of loading) and controlled by a PLC with touch screen interface.

OU-10-15 FB COMBO SPIRATRON:

10 cubic feet maximum operating capacity in inner channel and 15 cubic feet maximum operating capacity in outer (dryer) channel.

Main building component of this tub is certified pressure vessel material.

Top and bottom access door safety switches.

Unique cartridge drive system with adjustable top and bottom eccentric weights.

10HP T-frame motor- 460/3/60. Motor mounted to non-vibrating base. Belt drive to main shaft at 1250 VPM.

Painted Roto-Finishing “Adobe”

Channel A:

Flat bottom, U-shaped process channel, heavy duty welded steel construction, polyurethane lined, (50% additional lining in high wear areas), curved and ribbed wall processing channel.

(3) vacuum assisted drains with 4” polyurethane pop-in drain screens, including a collection tank with effluent retention capabilities. Tank will be divided with a diverter system to direct either the degreasing solution or burnishing solution to its respective side of the tank. Each side of the tank shall have a pump with float switch to transfer solution back to the recirculation tank.

Pneumatic unload door system allows parts to transfer directly to the dryer channel (channel B) upon activation of the unload door controlled by PLC.

Channel B: Flat bottom, U-shaped process channel, heavy duty welded steel construction, straight wall. Pneumatic unload door system to allow complete evacuation of parts and media. Parts and media transfer to a vibratory separator. Separated media is returned to the channel of the machine via customer.

Hot Water Heater for Corncob

Enclosed hot water recirculation system utilizing recirculation heater, pump, y-strainer, thermostat, site gauge and all necessary couplings and plumbing.

Compound flow-through system

Automatic mixing and metering of compound and water insure maximum cleanliness of media and parts. System is composed of an electrically-operated variable delivery compound pump which injects the concentrate into a controlled-flow water line. Both compound and water flow have simple, resettable adjustments. The correct solution arrives automatically pre-mixed at the spray nozzles for dispersion into the parts/media mass (channel A only).

1-Plastic 30 Gallon Drum Dumper:

Loading system consisting of a tilt dumper. Dumper discharge height will be suitable for discharge into inner channel of the OU-3-5 machine.

2 RECIRCULATION TANKS:

1 150-gallon capacity, stainless steel, degreasing compound recirculation tank and (1) 150-gallon capacity, stainless steel, burnishing compound recirculation tank. Includes tank, filter system, recirculation pump automatic makes up system and controls.

2 OPTIONAL COALESCING SYSTEMS:

Coalescing system provides removal of free floating, dispersed and loosely emulsified tramp oils from tanks, complete with the pump and controls.

1 NEMA 12 SYSTEM CONTROL PANEL:

PLC and touch screen interface for multi-step process. 460/3/60, 115-volt control circuit, fused disconnect, overload motor protection, on/off vibratory control, solution system controls, machine hour meter and process timer.

Integration of 2 Customer Equipment

Included motor control and sequencing with machines operation, Fundamental capability of the separation and media handling system is the customers responsibility
