Customer Parts Run-Off

Number of Days at Factory: One (1) workday to run verification of both blast process and production rates

Robot Ready Package

Machine is equipped with a “robot ready” package to facilitate the future addition of a pick and place robot. The package also includes the below specifications for the future integrator

a. Two (2) additional safetyy rated isolation relays, controlled from the machine safety PLC. Two (2) safety rated inputs are also available on the back of the machine if customer desires to use them.

b. No additional power distribution from the main control panel is provided

c. Clench will provide eight (8) input logical bits and eight (8) output logical bits for the sequential status and interlocks of the blasting sequence (per customer requirements). They will be communicated via Excel spreadsheet. Clemco will have an HMI display showing the eight (8) inputs and eight (8) outputs, labeled per the customer Excel spreadsheet. These sixteen (16) logical bits can be used in any desired manner for further system integration.

d. Clemco can provide a new PLC program for robot integration in coordination with the integrator if desired. This will need to be quoted separately at time of upgrade. 

Notes for the Integrator:

a. Accuracy of the 30in diameter indexing table will be important as it relates to the customer’s fixture. Average accuracy for the satellite position is +/- 1/32 inches, but max is 1/8″ deviation

b. Satellites spin freely
