The Cell-Jet, a member of Ransohoff’s LeanJet® line of cellular parts washers, is an excellent cabinet washer for point of use, batch cleaning where very little floor space is available. This spray washer was designed as a low cost, down and dirty, industrial quality wash station utilizing medium pressure spray impingement and compressed air to clean and dry your parts.

The LeanJet® RB-2 Automated immersion cleaning system processes two (2) industrial standard size baskets of parts per cycle, up to twenty (20) baskets per hour. The LeanJet RB-2 parts washer cleans using a washing and rinsing process of agitation, spray impingement, hydraulic purging through immersion and rotation, ultrasonics, and heated blow-off drying. The “triple action” batch cleaning process was developed specifically to process a broad range of challenging parts, especially those with internal bores and passages and complex geometries, making this system capable of meeting critical cleaning expectations.
The LeanJet RB-2 parts washer also features the latest Siemens S7-1200 programmable controller and operator interface screen. This controls platform boosts system flexibility for automation integration, process control and data logging while offering an intuitive user interface.
As with all of the CTG LeanJet products, customer specific basket designs are available to accommodate larger parts.

Introduced in 1998, the LeanJet® RB-1 immersion cleaning system processes a single basket of parts per cycle, up to ten (10) baskets per hour. Designed to fit into your work cell area or a smaller production environment, the Lean Jet RB-1 immersion cleaning systems clean using our parts washing and rinsing process of agitation, spray impingement, rotation, hydraulic purging through immersion, and heated blow-off drying.
As a standard design this cell washer processes parts in the industry standard Kadon style basket designed to hold and protect your delicate parts during the entire cleaning process.

These parts washers are designed for spray washing, using aqueous detergents at a temperature of 70°C maximum. All machines are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and they are models for one wash treatments. These machines function thanks to the basket’s motorized rotation around its vertical axis and they are suitable for washing bulky parts.
